You will emerge from the session with a clear understanding of where you are.
We will share The People Engine’s network so that you can implement the strategy.

3 x 60-minutes Video Call: We lay out 3 remote/hybrid people operations strategies adapted to your needs, which include people operations, culture and talent strategies. The extra session is to delve into greater detail and enable me to design a strategy/plan for you.
After the sessions you will receive a written summary of the points discussed, as well as 1-3 strategies that could work for you including the set up costs and steps forward.
You will emerge from the sessions with a clear understanding of where you should direct your people operations.
We will hold your hand throughout the process (and will share our network of partners).We will design the actual implementation plan for you, such as talking with your team and external partners. We could be your single point of contact.
You’ll be working with The People Engine for up to 3 months.
